Ingredients

Himalayan pink salt, Epsom salt, rosehip powder, Rosa centifolia (rose petals), Olea europaea (Australian olive leaf), Matricaria chamomilla (chamomile)* and Sambucus nigra (elderflower)*.

How to Use

1. Place one herbal pouch in a heat-safe bowl or saucepan.
2. Add approximately 1 litre of freshly boiled water.
3. Cover and allow the botanicals to steep for 10–15 minutes.
4. Pour the infusion and herbal pouch into a foot basin.
5. Add enough cool water to reach a comfortable temperature and cover the feet up to the ankles.
6. Soak for 10–15 minutes.
7. Rinse if desired, then gently pat the feet dry.

For extra exfoliation, gently massage softened skin with a washcloth during or after soaking.

For external use only. Always check the water temperature before soaking. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Do not use if you are sensitive or allergic to any listed ingredient. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
