Dispatch times - Due to restriction of COVID-19 lockdown 7.0, our dispatch time can stretch to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience during these unprecedented times.
Contactless delivery - To minimise the risk of contacting or spreading Coronavirus, Australia Post have enabled contactless delivery. This means signature are no longer required for parcels, whether you're collecting from a Post Office or at home.
Authority to leave - For home delivery of parcels normally requiring a signature, if you’re at home, the delivery driver will record your name and confirm delivery on their handheld device, then leave the parcel at your door. If you’re not at home, a card will be left, with instructions on where to pick up your parcel.
Click & Collect - We will try our best ready for open this service very soon in September.
Please note - We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We do not ship international at this time.
All orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 days from the receipt of payment.
We ship your orders via Australian Post and tracking will always be provided. Please let us know at check out if you would like to authorise for "leave at safe place".

Missing Item Policy
Even we carefully check your order before post it, and we required signature upon delivery, sometimes, things can go wrong.
If an item is missing please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else!
The shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout.

We are proud of what we make and we believe that natural products are good for us and you will fall in love with "natural" too once you try our products. However, not every product will work for every customer. We do know it's always a big decision to try new skincare products online when you can not feel and touch.

Q. Will I be charged duties and taxes?
FAQ's FOR SHIPPING & DELIVERY
A. International customers (outside of Australia) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid, meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website.
It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
Q. Can I update my order / address?
Please double check that all address and billing details are entered correctly at the time of check out as we are not liable to replace or resend your parcel if the shipment is returned to sender due to wrong address entered.
If a tracking number has been issued for your order, please also try to contact us. If we still hold your order, we can help to issue the new tracking number. If we have already handed to Australian Post, a further $7.5 postage fee will be charged on your account.
