On Simplicity

The Beauty of Enough

Be Simple. Live Well.

I remember standing in the skincare aisle, feeling a familiar weight. Too many choices. Too many promises. Too many ingredients that sounded more like a lab experiment than a ritual.

I didn’t feel inspired. I just felt tired.

So, I went home and started making my own soap.

Not because I had a grand plan for a business, but because I was craving something honest. Something I could actually understand.

Olive oil. Water. Lye. Time.

That one small decision quietly changed more than just my skin. It changed the way I looked at the world. I began to realize that simplicity isn't about owning less for the sake of it; it’s about choosing what truly matters—and having the courage to let the rest fall away.

When I make a face mask today, I still reach for the yogurt and turmeric in my kitchen. When I wrap a bar of soap, I don’t ask if it needs more packaging. I ask if it carries enough intention.

Small choices. Repeated gently. Over time.

Simplicity isn’t dramatic. It doesn't shout, and it certainly doesn't trend. But it does something much more important: it creates space.

Space to breathe. Space to think. Space to live a life that feels like enough.

For me, that is the only thing worth making.
