Be Simple. Live Well.
There was a time when I stood in the skincare aisle and felt overwhelmed. Too many choices. Too many promises. Too many ingredients I couldn’t pronounce.
I didn’t feel inspired. I felt tired.
So I went home and started making my own soap.
Not because I wanted a business.
But because I wanted something simple. Something honest. Something I understood.
Olive oil. Water. Lye. Time.
That decision quietly changed more than my skincare routine. It changed how I look at life.
I began to realise that simplicity is not about owning less for the sake of it. It’s about choosing what truly matters — and letting the rest fall away.
When I make a face mask, I still reach for yoghurt and turmeric from my kitchen. When I wrap a soap bar, I think about whether it needs more packaging — or just better intention.
Small choices. Repeated gently. Over time.
Simplicity isn’t dramatic.
It doesn’t shout.
It doesn’t trend.
But it creates space.
Space to breathe.
Space to think.
Space to live a life that feels enough.
And for me, that is meaningful.
