WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

We are a family business running by a mother.
Currently, we have an online business only, it opens 24/7. 

We are looking for our first retail shop and hope we can open it soon by the end of this year. 

DO YOU HAVE ANY STOCKIST?

As our products are handmade with natural ingredients. They are fresh with no preservatives. We would like our products when they reach you, they are in their best condition. We do not have any stockists at the moments.

The only shop has our products in hand is "A dragon and the fox" in QLD. The owner used and loves our products so she would like to stock some. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

For Australian orders:

Normally orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment. We use Australia Post to ship your order. It will take approximately 2-7 days to arrive once shipped depends on your distance. 

Due to COVID-19, there is a delay with Australia Post and between the border. We are trying our best to pack your order on the same day to reduce to delay. 

DO YOU HAVE ANY PROMOTION CODE?

Yes and No. 

No. We hold promotions and sales regularly throughout the year. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook @theaustralianoliveoilsoap to keep updated on these events. 

Yes. We send a special code to our VIP customer only. To join our VIP list, just place an order with us no matter big or small. 

WHAT IS A PRODUCTS ARRIVES DAMAGES OR BROKEN?

We always try our best to pack our products carefully so that they reach you safe and sounds. However, once they leave our facility, it is hard how they been handled.
